What's On? - Foundations
We believe a vital, and wonderful, part of the Christian life comes through belonging to a local church. It is 'Christ's body' (1 Cor 12v12) and therefore for every Christian it is a place of growth, life, friendship, joy, accountability and purpose.
We have found the best place for new people to become connected and find their place in 'His body' is through Foundations. It provides an opportunity to look at our values and vision with the leaders of Salisbury City Church, in a relaxed and informal environment. New friendships are often started as you meet others in a similar position to you as well as getting to know the leaders and ask any questions that you may have.
Foundations is great fun and vital for those who are new to Salisbury City Church. It is a good introduction to church life but not the whole story – that is only experienced as you take your place in His church. Remember 'every life counts'. It does not commit you to membership but is a requirement for those wishing to become members.
